Charlie is deeply engaged in the community. He has supported Youth Focus for over 20 years, contributed to the Cycling Development Foundation, serves as a Director for Wheatbelt Natural Resource Management, and is Treasurer for ‘OTRA‘ – On The Road Again Tours, raising funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Outside work, Charlie is a qualified yoga teacher and enjoys life on his farm, balancing professional commitments with wellness, family, and community involvement.
Jimmy brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience, specialising in the mining and resources sector. After returning from Ireland in 2004, he founded Dynamic Risk Solutions in 2012, working closely with Avoca before joining as Broking Operations Manager. He is committed to operational excellence and delivering practical insurance solutions for clients.
Jimmy values mentorship, continuous learning, and collaboration. Outside work, he enjoys rugby union and spending time with his wife, Yoshie.
Mia-Carla has been in the insurance industry since 2001, known for her practical problem-solving approach and dedication to client service. Raised in regional Western Australia, she tackles challenges head-on and ensures clients receive clear, reliable advice.
