Congratulations to our Director, Charles Elders, on successfully completing the 2026 National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) Mentoring Program.

The annual NIBA Mentoring Program provides insurance professionals with a valuable opportunity to grow, connect and lead with purpose. Through structured mentoring, workshops, webinars and weekly mentoring sessions, participants develop their skills, gain new perspectives and contribute to the future of the insurance industry.

Over the 10-week program, Charles had the pleasure of mentoring Charlotte Cash from EBM insurance & Risk.

Reflecting on the experience, Charles said it was incredibly rewarding to work with such an enthusiastic and capable young professional who was eager to learn and develop her career in insurance.
With more than 40 years of industry experience, Charles believes programs like this play an important role in bridging the gap between experienced professionals and the next generation of insurance leaders.

He also highlighted the unique opportunity the program provides to build trusted relationships across the industry, with mentors and mentees often coming from different organisations while sharing a commitment to professionalism, ethics and mutual respect.
