This July, Avoca Insurance Brokers proudly marked 20 years in business, a milestone made possible by the trust and loyalty of our clients, colleagues, friends, family and valued service providers.
To honour this journey, we hosted a heartfelt gathering with those who have stood by us through the years. It wasn’t just a celebration, it was a moment to reflect on the relationships, resilience and values that continue to define who we are.

Founded in 2005 by Charles Elders, Avoca began with a simple vision: to do insurance differently – with integrity, care and people at the heart of everything.
Today, we are proud to be part of the Steadfast Group, the largest insurance broker in Australasia. This partnership allows us to offer the best of both worlds: personalised, local service with the backing, strength and expertise or a national organisation.

We’re also proud to announce that our founder, Charles Elders, has been recognised as the 2025 WA Broker of the Year by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), a testament to his industry leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment to clients and community.
Charles will now advance to the national awards, where state winners from across Australia will compete for the national title at the NIBA Convention in October.
