Today marks an important milestone for Avoca Insurance & Risk as we enter a new chapter in our long‑term succession planning and continued growth.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors.

Mia‑Carla Tree has been appointed Managing Director, guiding Avoca into its next era with the same unwavering commitment to our people, clients and community that has defined our business for more than two decades.

Jimmy Grehan has been appointed Executive Director, reflecting his exceptional leadership, deep industry expertise and dedication to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

At the same time, Charlie Elders will step down from the role of Managing Director and continue as Founder and Owner of Avoca. Since establishing the business in 2005, Charlie has built Avoca on a foundation of trust, integrity and genuine relationships. His vision has shaped who we are today, and he will continue to play an active and influential role in the business.
