Avoca is in that growth phase and Charles is leading that process with a definite focus in establishing Avoca as a niche boutique broker to the small and medium enterprise markets and developing a portfolio of specialist risks.

Charles is passionate about people, life, the environment and making a difference and to that extent is actively committed and involved with the Annual Ride for Youth Charity.

Vannicia has been with Avoca since inception and is the linchpin of the business.

Vannicia is now positioned as the Service Delivery Manager at Avoca.   In this role she leads by example and has established a practice at Avoca that continues to support our vision of professionalism and providing an exceptional level of service, whilst the business grows.

Arnold is a Risk Solution Partner with the specific role of strengthening the capacity of servicing clients within the high service level culture.  

Arnold has 16 years experience in the WA Insurance market and his addition to the team strengthens the capability of the Avoca team.  He joined the team in early 2008.

Ally is a Risk Solution Partner primarily focusing on client servicing and has been with Avoca since 2007.    She has 12 years market experience spanning commercial, corporate, mining and industrial portfolios, as well as domestic insurance.    She plays a vital role in using her attention for detail in this supportive role and excels in system development and implementation .

Larry is a Risk Solution Partner  with a strong focus in new business development and has been with Avoca since January 2010.   He is well known within the WA Insurance community with over 30 years experience and having successfully owned and managed his own brokerage and motor underwriting agency.   He has a particular niche within the Motor business and excels in his service and relationships with his clients.

Belinda is the General Service Manager with a focus on compliance, HR, Management Systems and IT functions of the business. Belinda has been with the Avoca team since February 2010, prior to that holding compliance management and consulting roles within the general insurance businesses.   With the introduction of legislative and regulatory reform within the wider financial services industry Belinda plays a vital role in Avoca’s compliance and customer service focus.

Carolyn’s role at Avoca Insurance Brokers is primarily as the Financial Administrator and has been with Avoca since July 2009. Her main responsibilities focus on payroll, debtor & creditor payments and the production and development of management reports
